Squished Pennies -- The Perfect Full-Timing Souvenir
As full-time RVers, we love to travel -- but we just don't have room for the typical souvenirs most people bring home. God bless pressed pennies -- they serve my need for a tangible representation of my memories, but my entire collection fits into a single ring binder.

Space organizing needs to be a very personal experience. For your efforts to succeed, your methods and techniques must be customized to your particular situation -- but they must also uphold some very basic organizing principles. It is when these rules are ignored that you run into problems with clutter. So as you work, try to avoid these common storage mistakes:

Teaching People How To Use Your Time
I can't tell you how often I hear my friends, colleagues, and clients complain about how other people just don't respect their time. You've probably experienced it too -- either at home or at work...

Digital Rights Management -- Let's Get A Sense Of Perspective, Here
As a creator of original words and images, I wholly support copyright law. No one wants to have their hard work used by another without fair compensation. But the Recording Industry Association Of America has officially crossed a line and become an organization of digital rights Nazis -- wanting to track your every movement and control what you do with media that you have rightfully purchased. It's time to put a stop to this nonsense!

Once And For All, Vaccines Don't Cause Autism!
There has been a lot of publicity given to the idea that childhood vaccinations somehow cause autism. Science has proven this to be a faulty assumption -- but celebrities like Oprah and Jenny McCarthy have taken up the cause, and a number of frustrated parents seem to be ignoring the facts and looking for a scapegoat. This really pisses me off, so I thought I would take a moment to set the record straight...

Putting Togetherness To The Test -- Working And Living In 200-Square Feet
A lot of people ask, "How can you and your husband live in such a small space without killing each other?" I will tell you that sometimes, it's not easy! But there are a couple of things we've got going for us -- three factors that I see as requirements for being to full-time as a couple...

What do your storage spaces look like? Do you know exactly where to go when you are looking for something? Is your system logical? Designing a meaningful storage space requires a bit of thought -- there's more to it than simply moving a pile "stuff" off of a chair and into a closet or drawer. You need structure -- some proven guidelines to follow while setting up your storage spaces. Let's begin with these basic organizing principles:

Clearing The Clutter Out Of Your Personal Life
When most of us think of clutter, we think of a physical mess -- a stack of paper on the desk, a pile of clothes on the closet floor, a garage we can't fit our car into. But clutter extends beyond your surroundings and insinuates itself into your personal life. Clutter is anything that takes up time, space, energy, or money without giving you a tangible result. You've learned how to clear out the "junk" in your home and office -- now let's talk about cleaning out your personal life.

Go Ahead And Let Texas Seccede -- Good Riddance
The other day, I tripped over gubernatorial candidate Larry Kilgore's Facebook page supporting Texas Seccession. I'm tempted to become a supporter, but not for the same reasons as the other nearly 1,500 people who have signed on as fans. I think that Texan politicians have done more harm to this country than good, and I'm fine with them seceding -- hasta la vista, baybee!
