Raw Essene Bread



  • puree all the ingredients in a food processor
  • shape into 3/4-inch round loaves and place on a teflex sheet in a dehydrator
  • dehydrate until the top crust is dry, about 8-10 hours
  • remove the teflex sheet, flip, and dehydrate until dry, another 8-10 hours
